High Tech Campus

The High Tech campus is also known as the ‘Smartest square kilometre in Europe’. It is an ecosystem of 260 high-tech companies. It is home to more than 12,500 innovators, researchers and engineers developing the technolgies and companies of tomorrow.

HTCE is the epicentre, the heart, of Brainport Eindhoven, where ‘thinking differently’ is the starting point. Here, everything happens differently, unexpectedly. Not for nothing does a beautiful wing adorn the hall of the library in building 34. What has long been true for Eindhoven and its region applies to HTCE: development through intensive cooperation between government, industry and education, the triple helix. This is how the Netherlands’ third metropolis, which acts as a trigger for the entire development of the economy in the Netherlands, was created: Brainport, an area that extends beyond the Eindhoven region.

Braintours Eindhoven will give a tour of the site, telling something about its origins (Natlab Philips), green surroundings, infrastructure, sustainability, activity, start-ups, public facilities such as the Strip, Cricket pitch, nursery, etc.
